a bad day

My cousin, Kuhan had come down from Malaysia for my sister’s birthday. Both of us behave like best of friends and when we come together there is a total chaos in the house. On my sisters birthday I was extremely excited because my mother had decided to bake chicken pizzas with pizzas which I loved.

I got my food and went to sit with few other of my cousins and joking around as usual. All of a sudden Kuhan sitting on the opposite table threw a piece of French fry across the hall which hit my head. I was angry inside myself and decided to take revenge. In my pizza there was a slice of pineapple. I took it out and flung it across the living room, hitting him in the back of his head. As soon as I saw it hit him I started laughing but it did not help.

My mother happened to see a yellow object fly through the air, so she looked around and saw everyone at my table laughing. I still remember the look that had been plastered on her face. She was angry. She demanded me to tell her who had thrown the pineapple. I had no other choice but to confess. She had a long talk with me and further more, she also grounded me for a week.

That was truly a day that I wish I could change.
